We work on residential garage doors: torsion and extension springs, openers, tracks, rollers, cables, and panel sections. We don't do commercial overhead doors or gate systems, and if your door needs a part that's on a long manufacturer backorder, we'll tell you that instead of letting you wait and wonder.
Most of the homes we get called to were built somewhere between 1961 and 1999, with a lot of that stock going up in the 1960s and 70s. That matters more than people think, older torsion setups and openers from that era don't always take a modern replacement part without some adapting, and we'd rather explain that on the phone than surprise you with it at the door.

When you call, have the door brand if you know it, roughly how old the house or the door is, and what it's doing, won't open, opens crooked, makes a bang, opener runs but door doesn't move. That's usually enough for us to give you a real idea of the problem and roughly what it'll cost before anyone shows up.
Winters here bring the kind of cold that stiffens up old lubricant and shrinks metal just enough to throw off a marginal spring or a worn cable, if your door's acting up more in January than July, that's not unusual, and it's worth mentioning when you call.

Do you come out to Woodland or Kalama?
Yes, both are within our service area, Kalama is about 11 miles from our shop and Woodland about 19. Because they're farther out, we sometimes need to fit them into a route rather than send a truck right away, so call and we'll give you a real window.
What kind of doors do you work on?
Residential garage doors, springs, openers, tracks, cables, rollers, and panels. We don't handle commercial overhead doors or gate operators, so if that's what you've got, we'll say so on the phone instead of sending someone out for nothing.
My house is older, does that make repairs harder?
Sometimes. A lot of homes in this area went up between the 1960s and 1999, and older torsion hardware doesn't always accept a modern part without some fitting. We'll tell you upfront if your setup needs extra work instead of finding out on-site.
